Private by design. Powerful by coordination.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before a technical conversation.

Ordisyn is a managed operating system for approved business work—not a generic chatbot, a promise of full autonomy, or another dashboard your team must constantly maintain.

What is Ordisyn?
Ordisyn is a privately fitted AI operations installation. It works between approved systems to follow up, organize information, watch for stalled work, prepare reports, and handle bounded administrative actions while people retain judgment and authority.
Is Ordisyn just a chatbot?
No. Conversation can be one interface, but the operating value comes from connected context, permissions, workflows, approvals, monitoring, and clear human responsibility.
Does Ordisyn replace our existing software?
Usually not. Ordisyn is intended to coordinate approved work across the systems you already depend on. The audit identifies when an existing system should remain authoritative, when a connection is responsible, and when a tool is creating more friction than value.
What can Ordisyn do without approval?
That is defined per installation and per capability. Work starts with narrow access. Safe observation and preparation may be automated earlier; external communications, commitments, permission changes, and consequential system actions remain behind agreed authority.
Where does our information go?
Each installation has its own approved systems, context, permissions, and data boundaries. Approved third-party services may still be used unless the proposal specifies local processing for a particular workload. The audit and proposal make those boundaries explicit.
Can Ordisyn run AI locally?
Yes, where technically practical for the workload. A private local intelligence appliance starts at $10,000 and is finalized after model, memory, speed, context, security, and workload testing.
What is the Ordisyn Foundation?
It is the installed governance and operating layer between AI reasoning and approved business tools. It carries the business context, permission boundaries, workflows, approval gates, safeguards, monitoring, backup, and recovery responsibilities that make general capability usable in real operations.
What does Managed Care cover?
Managed Care covers monitoring, supported updates, backup verification, repair of installed capabilities, routine tuning, incident triage, usage observation, and practical owner and team education. New capabilities, integrations, migrations, major process changes, custom development, and third-party charges are separate.
Can we operate Ordisyn ourselves?
Qualified organizations can choose self-managed ownership by proposal. It includes a higher-cost implementation, client-specific documentation, administrator training, diagnostics, backup and recovery practice, and operational transfer.
Why is there a paid audit?
The audit is the first real operating work. It maps the systems and friction, identifies what is worth improving, surfaces permissions and risks, and produces a responsible implementation path. The $500 fee is credited toward installation when moving forward within 30 days.
Are the prices fixed?
The website shows starting prices. After discovery, Ordisyn provides one fixed implementation proposal. Hardware, approved third-party usage, unusually sensitive work, brittle integrations, or broader scope can affect the final price.
Does Ordisyn guarantee savings or revenue?
No. Ordisyn is designed to reduce repeated administrative handling, missed follow-up, and operating ambiguity, but final results depend on the process, systems, team, data quality, permissions, and adoption. No specific financial result is guaranteed.
Who contracts for Ordisyn?
Ordisyn is offered by Embyrs Ignite LLC dba Embyrs. Client agreements identify the full legal entity, the installed scope, Managed Care responsibilities, pricing, third-party services, and operating boundaries.
Does Ordisyn provide AI consulting, installation, and ongoing management?
Yes. Ordisyn can identify and design the right workflow, implement and integrate the approved system, train approved users, and remain responsible after launch through Managed Care. The audit determines the appropriate scope, authority boundaries, implementation path, and work that should remain human.
What business workflows can Ordisyn automate first?
Common starting points include lead and quote follow-up, inbox and request handling, document preparation, CRM handoffs, owner reporting, internal knowledge, and operational coordination. The best first workflow is repeated, valuable, understandable, and bounded, with a clear exception and manual path.
Where does Ordisyn provide local AI automation services?
Ordisyn is based in Coeur d’Alene and serves Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, Liberty Lake, Spokane Valley, and Spokane. Selected remote discovery and implementation are available when the systems, support model, and project are a responsible fit.
